Beginner Smooth Ballroom
Mondays from 5:30—6:25 pm at Dance Headquarters, 5035 Shawline St. Drop-in for $15 per class, or $50 for the month up front. Learn the fundamentals of the Smooth Ballroom Dances — Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz. This small group class is ideal to really understand and polish your basics. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate dancer, this class will help you with the technique you need to be an excellent leader or follower. Using basic patterns to teach essential skills then moving on to intermediate patterns as the class progresses.

Social Rhythm
Mondays from 6:30—7:25 pm at Dance Headquarters, 5035 Shawline St. Drop-in for $15 per class, or $50 for the month up front. We rotate through East Coast Swing, Cha-Cha, Nightclub 2-Step and Rumba. See how a smaller group class can take your dancing to another level! Whether you are a beginner or intermediate dancer, this class will help you with the technique you need to be an excellent leader or follower. Using basic patterns to teach essential skills then moving on to intermediate patterns as the class progresses.

Smooth Bronze 3 and 4 Medal Class
Mondays from 7:30—8:25 pm at Dance Headquarters, 5035 Shawline St. Drop-in for $15 per class, or $50 for the month up front. Have you been dancing for years but don't feel as if you continue to improve? Are you an experienced dancer who wants to go to the next level, and advance by setting and achieving goals? Sitting the medal test is optional (but encouraged!). Instruction includes technique, styling, and lead/follow skill

Coronado Social Class
Tuesday evenings 6–7 pm at the Spreckels Center. Learn a variety of social dances for Dinner Dance events, or anywhere there's music playing. Our beginner dance classes are perfect for those who are new to dancing. We cover the basics of different dance styles and help you build your confidence on the dance floor. Join us now and learn the joy of dancing!
